The SOFIA 202 countertop heated display cabinet keeps hot food on the counter at +30 to +90 °C. The stainless steel cabinet has a 202-liter capacity and contains three shelves, while LED lighting illuminates the display. An included water tray humidifies the air inside. The cabinet is stocked through the door on the rear, and the temperature is set using an analog control.
