The SOFIA 120 countertop hot food display keeps warm food on the counter at +30 to +90 °C. The stainless steel unit has a 120-liter capacity and features three adjustable shelves, while LED lighting illuminates the display. An included water tray humidifies the air inside. The unit is stocked through the door on the rear, and the temperature is set using an analog control.
