The ZOE bain-marie is designed for the warm presentation and serving of food in a GN 1/1 container. Heat is provided by a heating plate with digital temperature control from +30 to +90 °C. The integrated sneeze guard supports hygienic food service, while the top halogen lighting highlights the food. One GN 1/1 container (max. depth 65 mm) is included.
