The ISLA heat bridge is designed for hot food presentation in buffet areas. Heat is provided from above via infrared light. It is used with 3 × GN 1/3 containers, which are included; alternatively, other GN combinations up to 65 mm deep are suitable. The housing is made of black baked-enamel-coated steel.
