The 460 mm infrared heat bridge keeps food warm directly above the serving area. The radiant heat maintains the temperature without over-drying the food. It is supplied without feet and can be mounted on the wall or with hanging brackets. The housing is made of stainless steel, and the connection is 0.35 kW at 230 V.
