The BRUCE stainless steel heat lamp keeps prepared food warm. It uses quartz infrared heating elements controlled by two independent switches. It is designed for a GN 1/1 container with a maximum depth of 65 mm; a perforated container is included. The food is kept at approximately 60 °C.
