The TW 60 plate warming cabinet preheats up to 60 plates at a time and keeps them ready. It can accommodate plates up to 29 cm in diameter. The stainless steel unit features three pull-out shelves on rails and a manual temperature control. A fan ensures even heat distribution, while four castors with locking brakes allow flexible positioning.
