The HENDI double plate warmer keeps approx. 108 plates ⌀ 24 cm or 64 pizza plates ⌀ 33 cm at temperature. The temperature is adjustable from 30 to 85 °C, and a fan distributes it evenly throughout the chamber. The housing, three removable shelves and heating elements are made of stainless steel. The device stands on four wheels, two of which have brakes.
