The ES-100 salad spinner dries 5 to 8 kg of leafy salad per cycle and achieves 120 to 360 kg per hour according to the manufacturer. The timer with 60, 120, or 180 seconds and two speeds allows for adjustment to the product being spun. The housing and draining basket are made of stainless steel, and the device stands on wheels with brakes.
