The cutter with an 8-liter stainless steel bowl processes larger quantities in two speed settings (1400 and 2800 rpm) for coarse and fine results. The maximum filling capacity is 2.4 liters. A safety switch on the lid automatically stops the device when opened. One flat double blade is included.
