The SARO Dry-Aging cabinet DA 388 GWS ages meat at +1 to +25 °C and 60 to 85% humidity. It features a manually refillable water tank in the drawer, an ultraviolet system and separately switchable LED lighting. The interior has a net capacity of 352 liters, and three racks and three meat hooks are included in the delivery.
