The HENDI meat curing cabinet has a capacity of 352 litres and cures meat under controlled conditions at 1–25 °C with adjustable humidity. The double-pane low-E glass door allows you to view the curing products, while LED lights on both sides and on the ceiling illuminate the chamber. A UVC lamp inhibits bacterial growth, and the shelves, hanging rail and hooks are made of stainless steel.
