The HENDI meat aging refrigerator has a capacity of 233 liters and ages meat under controlled conditions with adjustable humidity. The double-pane low-E glass door provides a clear view of the product being aged, while LED lights on both sides and on the ceiling illuminate the chamber. A UVC lamp inhibits bacterial growth, and the shelves, hanging rail, and hooks are made of stainless steel.
