The PREMIUM LINE SB-H200 hot food buffet is designed for the warm presentation and serving of food and accommodates 5 1/1 GN containers. The temperature range is +30 to +90 °C. The tray is made of 304 stainless steel, the 17 mm thick top is made of black granite; a permanently mounted glass sneeze guard, lighting, drain valve and casters are included.
