The Hot Food Display Deli II has a capacity of 152 liters and keeps food warm at 30 to 90 °C. Three height-adjustable support racks can be set to suit the height of the food. The sliding doors at the front and back provide access from both the customer and operator sides. A water tray humidifies the air, while the interior lighting makes the food clearly visible.
