The Hot Food Display 6200-2EK keeps food warm at 30 to 90 °C and has a capacity of 80 liters on two shelves. Each level has hinged doors at the front and back, allowing access from both the customer and operator sides. A water tray humidifies the air, while the LED interior lighting makes the food clearly visible. A cleaning drawer is built in for easy maintenance.
