The ELIAS hot food display from SARO keeps food warm at +30 to +90 °C and offers a 96-liter capacity. Sliding doors on the front and back allow access from both sides. A water tray humidifies the air, while LED lighting makes the food clearly visible. The housing is made of stainless steel, and the temperature is set using an analog control.
