The SARO COMO griddle combines a smooth and a ribbed area on a hard-chromed surface, allowing frying and grilling on a single appliance. Two cooking zones can be used separately, with temperatures ranging from 50 to 300 °C. Features include a splash guard, removable grease collection container, and safety thermostat.
