The SARO Griddle Plate FRY TOP GM 610 R is an electric griddle with a ribbed surface for grilling and frying meat, fish, vegetables, and burgers. Two heating zones allow for simultaneous preparation at different temperatures, with a range of 0 to 300 °C. The stainless steel splash guards on three sides and the removable grease collection tray help keep the workspace cleaner.
