The SARO Griddle Plate FRY TOP GM 610 L has a smooth cooking surface measuring 600 × 400 mm with two heating zones and operates at 230 V. Two zones allow for different temperatures for various products. Splash guards on three sides and a removable grease collection tray keep the workspace clean.
