The 320 electric griddle has a ribbed, chrome-plated cooking surface measuring 320 × 480 mm and operates with 3 kW across one heating zone. The temperature is adjustable from 50 to 300 °C; the ribs leave grill marks on meat, fish and vegetables. The stainless steel countertop appliance is powered via a Type 23 plug.
