The Snack IV combines two 8 litre tanks of 3.25 kW each on a compact countertop footprint. Both tanks are controlled independently, and a safety thermostat protects each side against overheating. This lets you fry two foods in parallel, for example when demand is high at peak times. Each tank has its own type 23 mains plug.
