The Imbiss I is a compact countertop fryer with an 8 litre tank and 3.25 kW heating power, plug-in ready for 230 V. The cold zone collects food residues so that they do not burn and the oil stays usable for longer. The oil drain tap lets you drain the oil directly at the unit. The basket holds 5.5 litres, according to the manufacturer up to 3 kg of food per load.
