The E7/KPE1V40 electric pasta cooker is made of stainless steel and features a rounded 28-liter basin with a double bottom, operating in the temperature range of 40 to 100 °C. Built-in inlet and outlet taps and an overflow system that removes starch from the cooking water are included. The equipment also features a drip tray and safety thermostat.
