The E7/KPE2V80 electric pasta cooker is made of stainless steel and features two rounded 28-liter pans with double bottoms, operating in a temperature range of 40 to 100 °C. Built-in inlet and outlet taps and an overflow system that removes starch from the cooking water are included. A drip tray and safety thermostat are also included.
