The SARO GBM46 is a gas-heated countertop bain-marie for 1/2 + 1/3 GN containers up to 150 mm deep. The basin and housing are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the temperature range is +40 to +85 °C. The burner with piezoelectric ignition is pre-set for natural gas H.
