The AS 300 is the larger slicer in the AS series, with a 300 mm diameter blade and a cutting thickness of 0 to 13 mm. It is belt-driven and features a built-in blade sharpener and a blade guard ring. The housing is made of lightweight metal.

How does the AS 300 differ from the AS 250?
It has a larger blade (300 instead of 250 mm), a maximum cutting thickness of 13 instead of 11 mm, and is larger and heavier.
