The SARO AGIOS induction griddle top is a countertop appliance with a stainless steel griddle plate for direct cooking, ideal for front-of-house cooking or buffet service. It is operated via a touchscreen with an LED display for temperature readings, and the heat settings range from 0 to 12. An electronic overheat protection system completes the equipment.
