The SARO induction range JOHANN is a freestanding unit with two induction cooking zones of 5 kW each and a base cabinet with door. The housing is made of black spray-painted stainless steel, the cooking surface of glass ceramic. Each zone is operated by knob and touch controls and shows power or temperature via LED; electronic overheating protection is built in.
