The SARO EVA built-in induction plate is designed for keeping food warm. A 1 kW cooking zone operates between 60 and 100 °C across nine heat settings, with touch screen controls and an LED display. The base is made of plastic, the plate is made of 4 mm thick glass, and overheating protection is included.
