The 1680 mm long infrared heat bridge keeps food warm directly above the serving area. The infrared heat radiation keeps food at the right temperature without over-drying it. The housing is made of stainless steel and connects to a 230 V supply with 1.56 kW. It can be mounted on the wall or with hanging brackets; universal feet are also available as accessories.
