The heated display cabinet keeps food warm in 6 GN 1/3 containers at 30 to 90 °C and presents it behind glass. It has a capacity of 68 liters and accommodates GN containers with a depth of 40 mm. The sliding doors are located on the operator side, allowing staff to remove the food directly from the containers. The display cabinet is designed for continuous commercial use.
