The HENDI Kitchen Line griddle has a cooking surface of 518 × 330 mm, half ribbed and half smooth. This provides both a grilled surface and a smooth frying surface on a single appliance. The 8 mm thick hardened steel plate is heated to 2400 W and continuously adjustable up to 300 °C. Features include raised edges, a removable drip tray and a resettable overheat protection device.
