The Bartscher XP-200 glass-ceramic grill features a smooth 280 × 440 mm glass-ceramic cooking surface that reaches temperatures of up to 400 °C. It can be used to cook meat, vegetables, and fish. A grease collection tray collects the dripping fat. The countertop appliance is only 129 mm high, operates at 230 V and 2.5 kW, and is suitable for continuous commercial use.
