The Bartscher XP-300 glass-ceramic grill features two independently switchable, smooth glass-ceramic cooking surfaces measuring 280 × 440 mm each. The surfaces reach temperatures of up to 400 °C; for light use, only one half is heated. A grease collection drawer collects the dripping grease. The countertop appliance is only 129 mm high and is suitable for continuous commercial use.
