The Bartscher 700 series gas range is a floor-standing unit with four gas burners (2 × 6.2 kW, 2 × 8.5 kW) and an electric convection oven GN 1/1 in the base. The convection oven operates in the range of 100 to 300 °C. Piezo ignition and flame failure device are part of the equipment. The unit is suitable for continuous commercial operation.
