The Bartscher gas range from the 700 series is a floor-standing unit with four gas burners (2 × 6.2 kW, 2 × 8.5 kW) and an electric oven GN 2/1 in the base. The oven operates in the range of 100 to 300 °C. Piezo ignition and flame failure device are included. The unit is suitable for continuous commercial use.
