The Bartscher 380.15 electric gyro grill is designed for gyro and kebab spits with up to 50 kg of meat and a meat height of 650 mm. It is electrically heated with 9 kW and connected to 3N AC 400 V. A motor drive with a sliding sleeve rotates the spit, while the dripping fat collects in a grease tray with an inserted perforated plate. It is made of stainless steel and is suitable for continuous commercial use.
