The Bartscher gas-powered gyros grill 380.070.3 is designed for gyros and kebab skewers weighing up to 70 kg and up to 630 mm high. It is gas-fired (14 kW) and set up for G30/31 LPG (50 mbar); electricity is only required for the spit drive (230 V, 0.01 kW). A motor drive with a sliding sleeve rotates the spit, while the dripping fat collects in a fat tray with an inserted perforated plate. It is made of stainless steel and is suitable for continuous commercial use.
