The Bartscher 380.030.1 gas-powered gyros grill is designed for gyros and kebab spits weighing up to 30 kg and up to 430 mm high. It is gas-fired (7 kW) and set up for G20 natural gas (20 mbar); electricity is only required for the spit drive (230 V, 0.01 kW). A motor drive with a sliding sleeve rotates the spit, while the dripping fat collects in a grease tray with an inserted perforated plate. It is made of stainless steel and is suitable for continuous commercial use.
