The SARO EF10 fryer is a compact countertop unit with a capacity of 10 litres and 8.1 kW of power. The temperature is infinitely adjustable up to 190 °C. The rounded tank has a cold zone, the frying fat is drained in a controlled way via the drain tap, and the heating element is removable.
