The Bartscher pastry fryer BF30E has a tank with a capacity of 30 litres and a basket of 570 × 440 × 80 mm. With 15 kW at 400 V, it heats up quickly and is designed for continuous commercial operation. A large cold zone collects frying residues, and the drain tap with safety device makes oil changes easier. The stainless steel countertop unit has a lid and side carrying handles.
