The BF16E is an electric countertop fryer with a 16 litre tank, designed for baked goods such as doughnuts and fried pastries as well as snack items. The drain tap has a safety device against accidental opening and makes oil changes easier. Above the heating area there is a cold zone in which frying residues sink. The housing and lid are made of stainless steel.
