The dough mixer processes up to 50 kg of dough per batch in a 62 L stainless steel bowl. The head can be tilted and the bowl removed, for example for emptying and cleaning. Two speed settings allow kneading at different speeds. The machine is connected to a 400 V supply and is suitable for continuous commercial operation.
