The HENDI soup kettle keeps 8 liters of soup warm at the buffet. The temperature can be set digitally from 65 to 95 °C in 1 °C increments, and the display shows the set and current temperatures. The 18/8 stainless steel inner container sits in an aluminum water bath and can be removed via a ring. Thermal insulation keeps the polypropylene housing cool and reduces energy consumption.
