The SKZ-12 soup and counter kettle keeps soups, stews, sauces and other hot dishes warm for self-service, serving and buffets. It has a capacity of 10 litres; the inner container and lid are made of stainless steel. The temperature is set using an EGO energy controller, and an indicator light shows when it is in operation.
