The AL2 blast chiller accepts three GN 2/3 inserts at intervals of 70 mm. In the rapid cooling cycle, it cools 8 kg from +70 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes, and in the blast freezing cycle, 3 kg from +70 °C to -18 °C in 240 minutes. A core temperature probe is included, and the door hinge is reversible. It connects to a standard 230 V socket.
