The Bartscher electric kebab knife cuts the meat directly from the spit of the gyro grill. It is powered by a 72 W servomotor with 5200 rpm. A power supply reduces the mains voltage from 230 V to 24 V, so the knife itself operates at low voltage. A spare knife and a sharpening stone are included, allowing the knife to be resharpened or replaced.
