The SARO ED 100 is an electric slicer for cutting grilled meat such as döner and gyros. The blade has a diameter of 100 mm, and the cutting thickness is adjustable from 0 to 8 mm. The slicer has two blades (serrated and smooth), with a stainless steel blade and a plastic handle. With 0.08 kW, it runs on 230 V, and a reset button switches the device off in the event of overload or overheating.
