The SARO PK 50 dough mixer is designed for approx. 25 to 38 kg of dough in the fixed bowl (Ø 450 mm). The cast iron spiral mixing hook is designed for stiff doughs, and the motor has an output of 2 kW at 400 V. Ball-bearing drive, self-lubricating reduction gearbox.
